Role Context

The Mutual Funds team is responsible for:

• Managing and processing mutual fund financial data
• Researching and updating data using internal systems
• Building and maintaining client and contributor relationships

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Update pricing data provided by mutual fund managers
• Extract reference data from documents (e.g., annual reports, prospectuses)
• Verify and update mutual fund corporate actions (e.g., dividends, mergers, liquidations)
• Participate in time-sensitive global projects and initiatives

Essential Criteria

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Demonstrable research and analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills

Desirable Criteria

• Advanced Excel skills (VBA and Macros are a plus)
• Interest in information management, technology, and product development
