Infosys is seeking an Oracle CX (Fusion Service Cloud) Lead Consultant with experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud and related modules and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Service, complemented by a broad understanding of Oracle Service Logistics Cloud, Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, and Oracle Maintenance Cloud. This role will require the candidate to play key role in implementations and contribute to different phases of project lifecycle including leading requirements gathering, solution design, and play an important role in the configuration, development, and deployment of the Oracle Cloud solution. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Location for this position is Raleigh NC, Indianapolis IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, and related technologies
  • Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing Service Request Management, RMA / Depot Repair, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, RMA and Depot Repair
  • Skilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder, Data Migration, Reporting and Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud, Oracle Maintenance Cloud is desirable
  • Experience of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Webservices based integration
  • Proven experience in PoC ideation, creation, and presenting demonstrations to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform the role of a Lead Consultant at onsite / onshore and work with offshore team on deliverables.
  • Should have done at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology.
  • Good Analytical and Communication skills
  • Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
