Infosys is seeking a Mainframe Developer - In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Omaha, NE or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Experience in Mainframe technologies.
• Experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, File Handling, CA-7, CICS and Mainframe tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies.
• Hands on Experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, File Handling, CA-7, CICS and Mainframe tools
• Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for mainframe development
• Leverages advanced/proven experience in the mainframe programming language across large and complex implementations and systems.
• Should be able to read the code and create design specifications.
• Must be AI Aware and well acquainted with AI terminologies, tools and AI compatibility with mainframe.
• Experience in leading team in Agile delivery model.
• Strong communication and Analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment .
• Experience in Coding, testing, debugging, implementing and documenting complex global applications.
