You will be part of a team responsible for developing a Ticket Operations Tracking Dashboard designed for a telecom environment. The system provides a calendar-style interface to track ticket updates per employee, enabling users to record, review, and manage ticket activity in a structured, time-based view.
The dashboard improves operational visibility by showing real-time progress and staff utilization, supporting better service continuity and overall operational efficiency.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program

- Knowledge of DB SQL
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Knowledge of Python
- Develop and maintain features for the Ticket Operations Tracking Dashboard
- Implement backend logic for ticket recording, updates, and retrieval
- Design and manage database structures for ticket and employee data
- Build frontend components for calendar-based visualization and user interaction
- Support integration between frontend, backend, and database layers
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of ticket activity data
- Assist in testing and debugging system functionality
- Collaborate with the team to improve usability and performance
