Junior Order Management Officer with English and Polish:

We are looking for a candidate with:

Fluency in English (min. B2) and Polish (C1/C2) - essential for effective client communication
About 1 year of experience in similar position (Order Management, Quoting, Customer Care)

Practical knowledge of MS Office:

Ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders
Ability to work in fast-changing environment - the process has not been stabilized yet

Your key activities:

Preparing comprehensive price quotations based on available data and specific customer requirements
Analyzing challenges and collaborating with various stakeholders via email and phone
Calculating quotation values using Excel macros and adjusting them according to Vendor-provided pricing
Working daily with SAP and SFDC systems to ensure accurate data processing
Actively participating in board meetings and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
Ensuring that Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded
