Required

• 15yrs of experience in Project/Program Management/Service Delivery
• Solid experience in IT Service or Consulting. Preferably from Cloud Infrastructure background.
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Proven track of managing large team and driving complex programs
• Establish and maintain appropriate business relationships with Client and the internal Organization. Act as focal point for assigned Enterprise project-related activities.
• Good grasp of modern Agile/SDLC methodologies and management principles/techniques
• Proven experience in establishing/tailoring project process
• Good understanding of Different Commercial Models, Budgeting
• Experience in budgets and crisis management
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Having a solid understanding of motivational principles and what drives people toward results
• Capability to recognize weak points, risks, and dependencies; ability to address them
• Strong charisma and energy to build the team and, drive it to success, be a role model.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Advanced level of English (both verbal and written)
• Drive key client Governance forums like Monthly Steering Committee meetings and Quarterly Strategy Reviews.
• Manage the overall CSAT and relationship with the client for the Program.
