Job description

An 'Easy Buying Manager' at IKEA is a customer-focused role within the Customer Relations team, essentially managing the process for customers returning or exchanging items (the 'easy buying' process), ensuring a smooth, positive experience by resolving issues, handling returns efficiently, and upholding IKEA's standards for customer satisfaction, often requiring flexibility with weekends and holidays.

• Customer Experience:

Making the returns/exchanges process (easy buying) fun, easy, and enjoyable.

• Issue Resolution:

Quickly solving problems and addressing customer complaints.

• Teamwork:

Working with all teams to meet IKEA's goals.

• Operational Support:

Handling returns and exchanges according to store procedures.

Qualification

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a patient and collaborative approach.
• Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and sound decision-making.
