What you'll need to have

'- Experience in Health, Safety, and Security, ideally in a retail environment.

  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and security processes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Skilled in risk identification, safety audits, and training delivery.
  • Analytical mindset with good numerical skills and a risk-based approach to decision-making.
  • You have a Valid Security License, First Aid Certification (nice to have....)
  • Ability to work independently, conduct safety audits, deliver training, and identify risks effectively.

A day in your life with us

'- Promote risk management and support risk-aware decision-making aligned with unit goals.

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Security legislation and company rules.
  • Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and implement controls to minimize hazards.
  • Train co-workers on Health & Safety practices and workplace safety requirements.
  • Deliver and facilitate required training programs for compliance and security.
  • Report and track incidents to identify progress and improvement areas.
