Our Sr.
Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) has a key role in helping prospects unlock their full potential in their efforts to attract, engage, hire, and advance top talent.
In this role, you will be provided with the industry’s leading tools to help you develop prospecting plans and drive qualified leads to our Account Executive team.
Equipped with your knowledge of the iCIMS Talent Cloud, prospect research, customer case studies and success stories, you will establish credibility and build a value based, persona driven sales plan to engage target prospects.

Responsibilities Leverage company training opportunities to build expertise in the iCIMS Talent Cloud offerings, the talent acquisition landscape, and value selling.
Research target accounts to identify key decision makers, understand business challenges, and build persona-based value propositions.
Proactively develop prospecting plans to prioritize and actively engage target accounts, partnering cross functionally within iCIMS for insight and support.
Utilize social selling and networking (personal and company) to make connections with contacts at target accounts.
Conduct discovery calls and pass qualified leads to the Account Executive team.
Uses Salesforce CRM to track and record sales activity Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of relevant phone-based sales experience focused on new customer acquisition preferred. A well-developed repertoire of highly effective outbound sales strategies and the ability to quickly establish executive relationships.
An entrepreneurial-spirit and desire to help build a new function from the ground up.
High degree of drive, energy and passion for sales.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate through complex organizations and /or where customers consistently have elements of complexity (i.e. decentralized or with multiple business units / brands).
Ability to effectively overcome customer concerns on a consistent basis.
Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to manage workload while understanding return on time investment.
High degree of comfort managing multiple, competing priorities in ambiguous environments. PC literate; proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth. A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions.
Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated flexibility, resilience and creativity when solving for complex issues.

Compensation and Benefits We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,200-68,600 In addition, the estimated on-target earnings (“OTE”), which includes base salary and commissions, is $86,000-$98,000.
Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.

ATS tips from Jobscan
Alias account. Did this with the free trial. Not shilling for them in any way. After I uploaded my info for the initial resume/job description scan, it asked for an ATS to tailor my resume content ... I didn't find one for the company that I am applying for, so I typed in some other companies that came to mind. I think these tips are probably pretty general? Some basic to the point of repetitive. But thought I would share them in the spirit of hacking the search / raging against the machine.
