このポジションでは、日本の顧客を中心に、Hub Spotの統合プラットフォームを活用した 戦略的テクノロジーアドバイザー として活躍していただきます。
顧客の複雑なビジネス課題を理解し、CRM、マーケティング、営業、カスタマーサービスを横断したソリューションを設計しながら、Hub Spotのプラットフォーム活用を最大化することがミッションです。
Hub SpotのグローバルチームやSolutions Partnerとも連携しながら、日本企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションとAI活用を支援していきます。
What you'll do
日本市場の顧客を中心に、Hub Spotプラットフォームを活用したソリューション設計を行う
顧客のビジネス課題を理解し、スケーラブルなCRMアーキテクチャを設計する
CRM、マーケティング、営業、カスタマーサービスを横断した統合ソリューションを設計する
APIやシステム連携を通じてHub Spotのプラットフォーム活用を最大化する
顧客の長期的なテクノロジーロードマップを策定し、ROIやビジネス価値を提案する
複数Hubにまたがる複雑なソリューション設計や導入プロジェクトをリードする
Solutions Partnerと協働しながら高度なユースケースの実現を支援する
AIや新しいテクノロジーを活用したソリューションを提案する
AIを活用した自動化やPoCを作成し、Hub Spot AIの可能性を顧客に示す
プロダクトチームと連携し、日本市場からのフィードバックをHub Spot製品改善に反映する
We’re looking for people who
Experience
エンタープライズSaaS領域における以下いずれかの経験(2年以上)
ソリューションアーキテクト
テクニカルコンサルタント
プリセールス / ソリューションコンサルタント
Technical skills
システム統合、API、アーキテクチャ設計の実務経験
複雑な課題を分析し、実装可能な技術ソリューションへ落とし込む能力
オーケストレーションや自動化を活用した AIソリューション構築経験
Business skills
技術機能をビジネス成果に結びつける能力
ROIやビジネス価値を説明し、顧客の意思決定を支援できる能力
Communication
エグゼクティブ層を含むステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験
組織横断で合意形成をリードできる方
Language Requirements
日本語:ネイティブレベル(必須)
英語:ビジネスレベル(必須)
本ポジションは シンガポール拠点のマネージャーへのレポートライン となり、グローバルチームとの連携のため英語でのコミュニケーションが日常的に発生します。
