職務内容:

ソリューションエンジニア (以下SE) は、営業職のパートナーとなり技術的観点から営業職をサポートしF5ソリューションを販売することにあります。SEはお客様のビジネス/技術上の課題発見し、その課題を解決するためのソリューションを提供します。そのため、SEはF5製品、クラウド、エコシステム対して優れた技術的スキルと知識を保有している必要があります。また、SEはお客様に対して技術観点だけではなく、ビジネス的なメリットも提示できる必要があります。本募集は、エンタープライズのお客様（製造・流通・金融など）を担当するSEを募集します。

業務内容

• F5ソリューション全般を担う技術者として、関連する技術領域の知識・経験を蓄積し、お客様の課題解決に適切なF5ソリューションを提供する

• お客様のビジネスニーズに沿ってF5の戦略、ソリューション、その価値を提供できる。また、お客様に業界の技術動向などを伝えることにより、お客様の新たなビジネスの創造に寄与する

• 対面・非対面等様々なセールスプレゼンテーション、ソリューションデザイン、デモンストレーションを通じて技術的な専門知識を提供し、商談を進め、技術的なWinを獲得する

• お客様向けのハンズオン、PoC、技術的なサポートなどを通じて、商談をリードしながら、お客様と強固な関係性を構築する

• 営業と共に意思決定者を特定し、PoC、技術的なサポートを通じて、営業プロセスの推進を支援する

• お客様のライフサイクルを通じて、一貫した最高クラスの顧客サービスを提供する

• お客様やパートナー様の担当技術者としての裁量権を持ちつつ、社内の技術者や営業、その他のチームと協力し、専門知識を活用し、様々な案件のニーズに応じ協業する

必要なスキル:

• コンピュータサイエンス／エンジニアリングの学士号、または同等の資格

• ５年以上のITセキュリティおよびネットワーク事業における技術営業、またはプリセールスの実務経験

• クラウド、仮想化、コンテナ、ネットワークセキュリティ、人工知能ソリューション関する深い知識

• 優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力

• 英語の読み書き能力（口頭でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可）

• 要求の厳しい環境においても優先順位を決定できる、積極的で前向きな姿勢

• 顧客のバリューチェーンとビジネス要件に創造的に対応するソリューションを創出する能力

• 変化の激しい環境でも快適に業務に取り組み、仕事に邁進する意欲
