本ポジション「Customer Onboarding Specialist (導入支援コンサルタント)」は、急拡大する日本市場においてHub Spotをご契約いただいた顧客に対し、導入支援・コンサルティングを行うポジションです。

導入支援担当者はカスタマーサクセスチームの中で最初に顧客との接点を持ちます。期間中にTime to value（顧客がサービスを利用してから価値を実感するまでにかかる時間）を縮めることは、その後の顧客の成功を左右し、サブスクリプションビジネスにおいて大きな役割を担います。

高い評価を誇るプロダクトの構築・初期の運用に携わるため、製品知識のみならずコミュニケーション力を培うことができます。今後の日本のマーケティング・セールス・カスタマーサービス/サクセス領域の変化にワクワクする人、顧客の成功はもちろん、本領域における自身の成長にコミットできる仲間を探しています。

Responsibilities

• Hub Spotを導入する顧客のビジネス・ゴール・課題・組織体制等のヒアリング

• 初期構築および運用・設定の伴走支援

• 新機能や製品アップデートへの理解と業務への適応

• 摩擦の少ない顧客体験実現に向けたセールス・カスタマーサクセスマネージャーとの社内連携

Minimum Qualifications

• 以下のいずれかのご経験

• ソフトウェアの導入支援

• ソフトウェアの自社導入を牽引した経験

• マーケティング・セールス・カスタマーサクセス/サービスに関連する業務

• 変化の早い環境への適応力

• 顧客の成功や課題に真摯に向き合い、共に成功に取り組める

• 新しい分野の学習と自身の成長へのコミットメント

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力と社内資料を読める英語力

Preferred Qualifications

• CRMやマーケティングオートメーションの実務活用経験やコンサルティング経験

• APIやシステム連携の仕組みに関する概念を把握していること
