Position Summary:
The Content Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment across all Ho Yoverse games and community platforms. This role ensures that user-generated content aligns with established community guidelines, moderation standards, and platform policies.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in content moderation, operational oversight, and policy enforcement, along with the ability to lead moderation teams and manage complex or sensitive escalations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the review and enforcement of community guidelines across in-game and community user-generated content

Lead, support, and provide direction to moderation teams to ensure consistent, fair, and high-quality moderation decisions

Handle complex, high-risk, or sensitive escalated cases with sound judgment and policy expertise

Interpret and apply moderation policies, ensuring alignment with company standards and evolving platform requirements

Identify trends, risks, and gaps in content safety, and recommend process or policy improvements

Collaborate cross-functionally with community, operations, and policy teams to strengthen overall content governance
What We Are Looking For:

Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese and Japanese/Korean (EN/CN/JP or EN/CN/KR), with the ability to review and assess content accurately across these languages

Strong understanding of content moderation principles, policies, and enforcement practices

Experience managing or mentoring moderation teams in a fast-paced online environment
-
Excellent judgment in handling nuanced, sensitive, or ambiguous content cases
-
Ability to balance user experience, platform safety, and policy compliance

Strong communication and documentation skills
