About the job:

• Conduct daily inspections and provide preventive maintenance reports based on routine checklist
• Perform troubleshooting of breakdowns and liaise with term contractors for follow-up of quotations
• and repair/ replacement works within MWCRC.
• Lead and supervise contractors/vendors to perform their various task diligently in accordance to
• client’s contract specifications (E.g. Security, Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest Control, Refuse
• Removals, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance – Fire Protection Equipment, Air-Conditioning
• Equipment, Electrical, CCTV, Building Maintenance, Sanitary and Plumbing Works, Tenancy
• Enforcements, Facility & Event management, Crowd Control, etc.)
• Assist to ensure all Safety Procedures are in compliance with the WSH Act and Regulations of
• Singapore (e.g. issuance and proper documentation for the Work Permit System, Method
• Statements, Risk Assessments, LOTO, Work-at-Height, Confine Space, Fire Safety, etc.)
• Collate all preventive maintenance data as required for management report updating.
• Respond, and attend to supervise all emergencies and breakdowns at site on a 24/7 basis when
• activated and supervise the term contractors in their repair activities.
• Handle Incidents, Events and Crowd Control as and when required.
• Attending site meeting and conduct site surveys and checks on maintenance works with the
• client.
• Report to FM on all matters pertaining to technical, defect and breakdown of equipment in the
• building.
• Investigate and analyze defects and breakdown of equipment and make the necessary
• recommendation to the client.
• Assist to compile weekly and monthly status reports for FM and clients.
• Assist to compile and approve the progressive claim for in-house contractors.
• Provide technical presentation and training to internal customer’s whenever needed.
• Keep and maintain Famis 360 inventory records of spare parts for the premises.
• To assist in all other works as assigned by the FM/clients.

About you:

• Higher/ NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or any related field preferred

• Minimally relevant internship experience.

• able to work shift base on following working hours:

• Shift Pattern : 5 days shift including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

• Shift 1 : 0700 hrs to 1600 hrs (with 1 hour meal break)

• Shift 2 : 1430 hrs to 2330 hrs (with 1 hour meal break)

• Hands‑on skills in attending to faults, repairs, servicing, and emergency requests.

• Strong communication skills to update supervisors and document work activities accurately.
