Pushing the boundaries of imagination, we consistently explore cutting-edge game development technologies, and have accumulated leading technical capabilities in cel shading, cloud gaming, and other fields.
In the future, we will continue to expand our content production, technology research, and publishing duties through operations in offices in Singapore, Montreal, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Seoul, and other areas.

About the Role
This is not a traditional translation-focused campus role.
-
We are looking for culturally fluent, high-potential talents who can help us rethink how localization is done in this era — combining language excellence, creativity, and new tool adoption.
-
You will work at the intersection of language, culture, technology, and games — contributing to global titles while being a part of shaping the future workflow of localization.
What You Will Do
-
Conduct linguistic review, editing, and LQA for in-game content and marketing materials
-
Identify cultural risks, tone inconsistencies, and localization opportunities
-
Provide cultural insights and player perspective feedback to cross-functional teams
-
Explore and adopt new localization tools, new workflows, and automation solutions
-
Contribute to improving terminology management, QA standards, and process innovation
-
Participate in discussions that shape localization strategy for your market
Who We Are Looking For
-
Native-level proficiency in Korean / Japanese / English
-
Deep understanding of local culture, trends, internet language, and player behavior
-
Strong writing, editing, and linguistic sensitivity
-
Passion for games and interactive storytelling
What We Value Beyond Language
-
Creativity and design sense (tone, style, player experience awareness)
-
“Language + N” profile (e.g., language + tech, language + data, language + marketing, etc.)
-
Curiosity and openness toward AI and new tools
-
Demonstrated ownership mindset (school projects, internships, communities)
-
Empathy and collaborative personality
-
Sensitivity to cross-cultural nuance and player expectations
Why Join Us
-
You will not only localize games, you are not hired to “translate more,” but to think better - we value cultural sensitivity and creativity as much as language accuracy
-
Long-term growth includes potential ownership of language or market-level decision, you will help redefine how global games speak to players.
-
This is an opportunity to become part of a globalization system that values culture, technology, and long-term talent development.
We are an equal opportunity employer that believes diverse backgrounds are key to bringing our concepts to life. If you're looking to play a key role in creating the best immersive virtual world experience for our users, we invite you to join our team.
