Customer Experience Professional

As Customer Experience Professional you are a valuable business partner, ensuring value creation being a part of the OM team and support Sales, Finance, Credit and Collection, Disputes. The candidate will be given the opportunity to influence the direction of the role. The position will require significant interaction with project managers, work closely with cross functional departments in addition to controllership, so effective communication skills are essential.

Projects

  • Provide necessary support in specific “global” projects.
  • Identify and drive improvements of current processes, in finance/accounting information and increase effectiveness.
  • Document activity processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Act as Order management and support SAP developments.

Reporting / analytics

  • Defining reporting packages and dashboards to enable business management to continuously measure and optimize business performance in all key functional areas
  • Producing reports that enable continuous measurement and optimization of all key aspects of our business f.e. billing stats
  • Proactively identifying, communicating and reporting.

Operational

  • Issue invoices based on the contracts and Po in place, handle decommissioning and disputes.
  • Provide exceptional Customer experience by responding to inquiries and resolving challenges in a timely manner, ensuring customers receive accurate information and support.
  • Partnership with Controllership, Finance and Sales to ensure operational efficiencies and transparency and timing of financial results
  • Drive, review and back up for monthly close processes by ensuring the entity’s financial transactions are properly accounted for and correctly reported on a basis, in accordance with Honeywell accounting policies.
  • Other order management duties where required

Education level and/or relevant experiences:

  • University Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
  • A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in accounting, order management or finance
  • Fluent English writing & speaking skills required

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

  • Able to work in a team (Team player) as well as independently (“Hands on” mentality”)
  • A good communicator and work very accurately
  • Pro-active, flexible and able to deal with changes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making
  • Advanced Excel, PPT, Project & outlook skills, SAP
  • The ability to plan and prioritize own work to meet quality standards and deadlines.
