Ability to develop test plans based on project schedule and system / product specifications

Ability to develop test cases and scenarios based on requirements and designs

Strong testing project management and organization skills. Detail oriented. Must be a self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple projects.

HVAC domain and product knowledge is a plus

Experience in testing of mechanical products following test standards (IEC, UL etc) is a plus

Work with Software Development team in performing Product and System integration test for Hardware and Software

Perform testing tasks throughout the project cycle: Analyze requirements, develop test plan, test cases/scripts, execute tests, create reports and make recommendations for improvement

Investigate, troubleshoot and escalate problems

Work closely with coworkers and other teams to drive product quality

BS/MS in Engineering in Automation Control / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science

Knowledge of testing and career planning in testing area

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Java Script for writing automated tests
