You will report directly to our Director of Engineering Program Management, and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering operations, driving improvements in project execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage multiple engineering projects and activities from initiation to closure

Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables

Interaction with Global Engineering teams to align on best practices
-
Support End-of Life component process, Customer Fix priorities, Factory support initiatives and other activities to sustain the Global Fire portfolio

Prepare and present Sustaining Engineering summaries for leadership reviews

Act as focal for all incoming support requests in the assigned region
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Minimum of 6 years of Experience with engineering processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze project data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $133,000- $166,000 . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
