You will report directly to our Director of Engineering Program Management, and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering operations, driving improvements in project execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage multiple engineering projects and activities from initiation to closure

• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables

• Interaction with Global Engineering teams to align on best practices

• Support End-of Life component process, Customer Fix priorities, Factory support initiatives and other activities to sustain the Global Fire portfolio

• Prepare and present Sustaining Engineering summaries for leadership reviews

• Act as focal for all incoming support requests in the assigned region

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
• Minimum of 6 years of Experience with engineering processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze project data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $133,000- $166,000 .  Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
