ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is an undergraduate rotation program that develops future Honeywell leaders in our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Engineering. The program is designed to provide the candidate with job rotations through various functional jobs and locations to gain a broad understanding of Aerospace's end-to-end integrated supply chain and engineering roles before securing the desired career path position within the organization. These rotations will be in the Engineering/ISC career paths and will expose the candidate to the importance of customer responsiveness, meeting program milestones, making processes more efficient, driving production plans, and improving product quality.
Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain methods and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, establish time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process
Requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise by identifying cost reduction and provide improvement opportunities.
In this role, you will impact our organization by supporting the development and implementation of safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.
The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000/yr - $126,500/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Engineering or similar field.
Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between December 2025 and June 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2026 – August 2026 Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. Honeywell is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
