We are currently seeking a Lead Electronic Design Engineer to join our Electro-Mechanical Flight Control Actuation team. You will become part of a team delivering safety critical and complex control units for various types of Urban Air Mobility aircraft platforms that are shaping the future of the aerospace industry.

You will encompass the complete product design and development life cycle including, requirements development, concept design, implementation, build and verification. You will cooperate closely with local project and technical leadership and support US team in integration of the control units with actuators and delivery of the system solutions to the customers.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

• Solid engineering background in Electronics, be familiar with whole development lifecycle of the products containing the electronic HW (PBAs) – at least 5 years’ experience
• Experience with leading the electronic HW team
• Ability to make decisions while fully taking responsibility for the associated risks
• Strong organizational skills and analytical ability, self – starter, motivated to take initiative and able to work independently
• Excellent command of English language; Excellent communications skills

• Cooperate closely with the project leadership and all other function groups (System, Mechanical, Software, Test Services, Safety Eng) involved in development and manufacture of controllers
