This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level.
This opportunity supports USSOCOM J39 in advancing its Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) capabilities through integrated analytics, knowledge management, and strategic planning. The program will deliver mission-critical insights and coordination mechanisms to strengthen influence operations and operational effectiveness in complex, globally distributed environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience leading creative teams and campaigns
- Proven ability to develop visual and multimedia products aligned to strategic objectives
- Experience in branding, storytelling, and audience-focused design
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting MISO, IO, or influence operations
- Familiarity with digital campaigns, social media ecosystems, and content dissemination strategies
- Experience in behavioral influence or persuasion-based design
- Understanding of target audience analysis within contested information environments
- Portfolio demonstrating operationally relevant creative products
