Our Electrical Engineers are responsible for the coordination and implementation of all electrical components associated with assigned system projects. They have responsibility for the timely execution, as well as the technical quality and functionality of the electrical design as well as implementation of assigned systems and subsystems by following technical specifications and design guidelines.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Who We’re Looking For
A motivated fresh graduate or **someone early in their electrical engineering career **who wants more than just a traditional design‑office role.
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Communicate confidently in English (B2–C1)
- Are excited about traveling 25–35% across Europe (with occasional USA projects)
- Enjoy learning, solving problems, and communicating with customers
- Bring a proactive, team‑oriented mindset and enjoy hands‑on technical work
Nice to Have
- 1–2 years of experience in electrical engineering
- Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll.
- Basic knowledge of Eplan or AutoCAD
- Understanding of automation or industrial technologies
- Familiarity with Profinet or industrial communication networks

What You Will Work On
As part of our development team in Brno, you’ll participate in the full lifecycle of electrical engineering for automated conveyor and warehouse systems used by leading global companies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create electrical model drawings, device layouts, E‑stop designs, and network diagrams
- Support mechanical layouts and select motors, drives, and control panels
- Design power cabling systems and field device arrangements
- Work with Profinet networks, frequency converters, and support I/O checkout & commissioning
- Prepare as-built documentation and assist with troubleshooting on customer sites
