QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, mechanical engineering or related fields.
  • Familiar with quality management systems and advanced quality management processes and methods; possess strong risk awareness and improvement awareness; proficient in quality tools and their application.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to deeply analyze data, draw conclusions and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and overall perspective; capable of handling emergencies.
  • Proficient in office software, Minitab and quality control tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D/RCCA, MSA, SPC, etc.).
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 standards; knowledge of TS16949 is a plus.
  • Basic English listening and speaking skills, proficient in written English. English certificate CET-4 or above.
  • At least 3 years of working experience, background in electronics manufacturing industry, and experience in quality management are preferred.

Desired (but not mandatory)

  • Participation in quality-related training is preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) or above certification is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive quality planning for responsible products and implement quality control, formulate product quality plans and provide training for inspectors.
  • Lead the handling of quality issues in the production process, organize relevant departments to analyze and improve quality issues through 8D/CAMP tools, and supervise the improvement process and results. Apply 6 Sigma & Lean methodologies and quality tools to ensure product compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement PFMEA and Control Plans during production, identify high-risk items and key quality characteristics, implement controls with a focus on poka-yoke / error-proofing to reduce process risks and defect escapes.
  • For customer complaints and reworked products caused by manufacturing issues (including material, process and product defects), lead root cause analysis and organize relevant departments to implement improvements and prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in new product trial runs, plan and implement process quality control for new products, assess manufacturing quality maturity during NPI phase, lead analysis and resolution of manufacturing quality issues in trials, provide highly reliable and stable products for mass production, and ensure project launch on time and with required quality.
  • Collect and analyze product quality data in the production process, especially final inspection issues, scrap and rework cost analysis, systematically identify improvement opportunities and reduce quality costs.
  • Participate in the implementation and supervision of the company’s quality management system, take part in internal quality system audits and carry out process improvements to ensure the plant and products meet ISO and certification requirements.
  • Undertake temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
