***Senior Channel Sales Supervisor (Switch & Socket)*Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
As a Senior Channel Sales Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the channel sales team to drive growth and maximize sales through our distribution and partner channels. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
In this role, you will impact the company's success by driving revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies and optimizing channel performance. Your expertise in sales management, customer relationship building, and market analysis will be crucial in identifying new market opportunities and expanding market reach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication skills will be essential in aligning channel sales efforts with overall business objectives. By providing strategic direction and guidance, you will shape the future of Honeywell's channel sales initiatives and contribute to its position as a global technology leader.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in channel sales or related roles
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
- Passion for driving channel growth and maximizing sales opportunities
- Proven track record of developing successful channel sales programs
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver valueadded solutions
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
