We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Expert with deep expertise in CI/CD platforms and DevOps tooling to join our Engineering IT team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, standardizing, and operating enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines, enabling secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery across multiple engineering teams.
This role has a strong hands-on focus on CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Octopus Deploy, and Artifactory, along with the broader DevOps ecosystem.

Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics from an accredited institution.7+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or automation-focused software engineering roles.

Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools, including: Bamboo (build and pipeline orchestration)GitHub (repository management, branching strategies, access controls)GitHub Actions (workflow design, reusable actions, pipeline automation)Octopus Deploy (release management and deployments)Artifactory (artifact management and promotion workflows)Proficiency in scripting and automation (Shell, Groovy, PowerShell, Python).Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline design, release management, and deployment strategies.

Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills. We Value Experience integrating GitHub and CI/CD pipelines with Jira, Confluence, and other ALM tools.

Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Practical experience implementing Dev Sec Ops practices and security automation.

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bamboo, and related automation tools.

Own and optimize source control and CI/CD platforms, including GitHub (repositories, branching strategies, access controls) and GitHub Actions workflows.

Administer and optimize release and deployment tooling such as Octopus Deploy and artifact management platforms like Artifactory.

Establish standardized pipeline templates, reusable workflows, and best practices across teams.

Integrate CI/CD pipelines with code quality checks, security scanning, artifact repositories, and monitoring tools.

Implement Dev Sec Ops controls including artifact promotion strategies, approvals, environment gating, and auditability.

Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to enable predictable and repeatable releases.

Troubleshoot pipeline failures, workflow issues, and deployment problems across environments.

Drive automation for environment provisioning, configuration management, and release orchestration.

Mentor engineers and contribute to DevOps governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay current with DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering trends and recommend improvements.
