We have an opportunity for Intern Bachelors Customer Experience with **Honeywell **in Bucharest. Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, you will ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and provide insights to improve interactions, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty

This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This is hybrid work 3+2! (3 days from office + 2 days from home). US working hours

are divided into two shifts: -Shift 1: 15:00 – 23:30

  • Shift 2: 16:30 – 01:00

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities

  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting for all orders, contracts, and projects within Honeywell systems, including issuing invoices and creating credit requests as needed

  • Manage around 10-15 calls per day related to customer inquiries and support for order processing

  • Facilitate the updating of customer accounts in SAP by submitting requests for creation, extension, and amendment, while also managing material creation and pricing adjustments

  • Generate regular reports for management and collaborate with the purchasing department to maintain 90% on-time delivery, ensuring compliance with Honeywell’s pricing and delivery terms

  • Monitor supplier orders and delivery schedules, ensuring timely updates to customers about delivery statuses and confirmations, while also addressing any issues related to delays or returns

  • Work closely with the Team to resolve invoice discrepancies and provide ongoing support to the local sales and operations departments for administrative activities

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s level program at a university or graduated within the past 12 months

  • Fluent English (B2 and above); Any other language skill is a plus (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Italian)

  • Displays a strong customer-oriented mindset and takes initiative in addressing customer needs and actions

  • Growth mindset and resilient personality

  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and thrive in dynamic team environments, fostering a collaborative spirit

  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
