You will be a key member of the dynamic PMO, contributing to the successful delivery of the SAP S/4 Transformation journey while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. YOU MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or PMO related experience
• Proven track record in program planning or a related field, meeting quality, and timeline expectations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies
• Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc.
• Strong knowledge of IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and operational governance.
• Experience with resource staffing and vendor billing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, defining key milestones and deliverables.
• Budget and Finance Management: Oversee budget planning and execution, ensuring financial health and accountability across projects.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with program execution, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports on program progress, budget implications, and risk status to stakeholders.
• Intake Management: Manage the intake process for new project requests, assessing feasibility and resource allocation.
