As a Data Analyst II, HR Analytics here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data analytics to drive insights that enhance HR decision-making and improve organizational performance. YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain reports using Oracle HCM’s OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Partner with HR IT to support FDI (Fusion Data Integration) reporting needs by translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance
• Translate complex data into actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
• Stay current on HR analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the function
