Role Overview:
As a Digital Champion, you will be the primary catalyst for the digital transformation of our Fire Europe Channel Partners. You aren't just selling a product; you are re-engineering the business models of our Fire Integrators, Distributors, Installers and key partners. You will evangelize the value of Honeywell CLSS (Connected Life Safety Services) as the foundational operational system for the business model, drive the introduction and usage of new digital and software tools and push adoption and installed base conversion for Honeywell Self-Test detectors, moving our partners from labour-intensive to a high-margin, digital-first, SaaS-driven business model.
The Profile: Who You Are We are looking for a hybrid profile: part B2B Saas Sales, part SaaS Evangelist, and part Digital Architect.Required Background:SaaS Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a SaaS, IoT, or Cloud-based software environment (Prop Tech, Industrial IoT, or Enterprise Software experience is highly preferred).Channel Mastery: Proven track record of managing or enabling 2nd-tier channels/distributors through a digital transition.Strategic Mindset: Ability to discuss NPV, IRR, and Gross Retention Rates (GRR) with partner CEOs, while also discussing API integrations and Cloud Architecture with technical leads.Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science. An MBA is a plus.Preferred Competencies:Experience with the "Push-Pull" sales methodology.Fluency in English and Italian.Deep understanding of the "Subscription Economy" and how to minimize churn in a service-led model.Fire Industry or Building Automation Domain Knowledge is a key differentiator Critical Metrics for Success (KPIs)SaaS Attach Rate: % of regional hardware deals including a CLSS subscription.Partner Digital Certification: Number of partners successfully transitioned to the "Digital Service" model.Self-Test Adoption: Market penetration of Self-Test detectors within your region.Pipeline Velocity: Speed of transition from hardware quote to activated digital license.Why Join Honeywell Fire?We are the industry global reference in Life Safety and we are currently operating like a high-growth SaaS tech startup with the ambition to transform the industry. The Scope: What You Will Do The "Join the Dots" Initiative: Lead the regional strategic engagement with key channel partners to integrate CLSS into their standard work, from winning new projects to maintenance contracts.SaaS Profitability Consulting: Act as a business consultant to partners, using ROI calculators to prove how CLSS, remote testing and digital compliance increase their technician capacity and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).Technical Overlay: Support Territory Managers on complex digital specifications, ensuring that "Coupled" hardware/software solutions are the default choice for all new projects.Enablement & Evangelism: Design and deliver "Digital Transformation Workshops" for partner leadership teams, moving them from a Capex mindset to an Opex/Lifecycle mindset.Feedback Loop: Partner with Product Management (Matrix) to ensure the EN-certified fire systems (Esser, Notifier, Gent, etc.) are evolving to meet local European digital market needs.
