KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Own and maintain the project governance framework, ensuring consistency and adherence across all projects.

Develop, adjust, and enhance project methodologies and processes based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.

Design and manage reporting tools and dashboards used for project delivery, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information.

Take ownership of PMO tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively to support project management initiatives.

Collaborate with project teams to gather feedback on methodology and refine templates for improved efficiency.

Train and support project managers and teams in the adoption of governance frameworks and tools.
