Take a pivotal role in developing entirely new, safety‑critical control technologies for the next generation of aircraft -first‑of‑its‑kind electro‑mechanical actuator control units for air taxis redefining the Urban Air Mobility segment.

You will lead and manage complex R&D projects and coordinate work on multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will lead a small group of project engineers responsible for individual work packages.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

• University education in an Engineering field.
• 7 years’ experience in leading complex R&D projects/programs, experience with various project management tools and methodologies, risk management and problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent command of the English language for regular spoken and written communication across the company.
• Team player with ability to consult the team, self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision while consistently taking the initiative to complete tasks without being prompted.
• Ability to navigate through a fast-paced environment with conflicts of priorities.
• Technical expertise in aerospace engineering principles and practices is advantageous.
