Lead Project Engineer – Aerospace Control Systems

Take a pivotal role in developing entirely new, safety‑critical control technologies for the next generation of aircraft - first‑of‑its‑kind electro‑mechanical actuator control units for air taxis redefining the Urban Air Mobility segment.
You will lead and manage complex R&D projects and coordinate work on multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will lead a small group of project engineers responsible for individual work packages.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Lead and manage complex engineering development programs from initiation to completion.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Mentor and guide junior team members.Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor progress, identify challenges and drive timely resolution. Assess, communicate, and mitigate technical risks.Collaborate with a global team to ensure alignment and successful delivery.Report and negotiate with senior management ensuring alignment with company and customer needs.
