As a Senior Sales Representative at Honeywell Building Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the building technology sector. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, all while driving the adoption of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Focus on solutions scope, like:
  • BMS – Building Management Systems
  • BAS – Building Automations Systems
  • EMS – Energy Management Systems
  • EPC - Energy Performance Contracts
  • Saa

S - Software as a Service solutions:

  • other building systems, like FAS - Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control & Security

  • Focus on strategic verticals, like:

  • industry

  • data center

  • pharmacy

  • defense / others

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage the overall relationship.
  • Understand customer needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Generate leads through various means, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs to tailor presentations and proposals accordingly.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that clearly articulate the value of Honeywell’s solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and product management teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market expectations.
  • Participate in product development discussions to provide customer insights and feedback.
  1. Performance Metrics:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activity and results.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the building solutions or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the building technology market and solutions.Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Personal Attributes:

  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problems and challenges.
