ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Aeronautical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be part of our Aerospace team, working on cutting-edge technologies and solutions that shape the future of aviation. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in designing, analyzing, and testing aircraft and aerospace systems. This is a full-time position suitable for recent graduates who are passionate about aerospace engineering and eager to contribute to the advancement of aviation technology.

Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000/yr - $126,500/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field. Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025- July 2026 Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status Honeywell is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.  Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.  WE VALUE: Motivated to drive improvements in a substantial environment Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience Individuals who are results-oriented and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or necessary to by events Ability to easily and effectively balance many priorities and results-oriented demands. Confirmed experience with design tools for the field (Mathcad / Matlab, etc.)  In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
