THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join the Revenue Operations and Strategy team to build the financial engine that powers Hinge Health’s mission. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring we are reimbursed for the transformative care we provide. You will sit at the intersection of Billing and Commercial Enablement, supporting cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue retention and billing accuracy. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to master the mechanics of healthcare reimbursement, financial metrics, and go-to-market motions at a high-growth company.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

In your first 3 months: You will build a robust understanding of Hinge Health’s pricing and billing models. You will support general claim and invoice billing practices, ensuring accurate client charges and successful setup for claim submissions.

In your first 6 months: You will take ownership of the billing life-cycle for new clients, from participating in external carrier calls to monitoring initial claim processing. You will assist in recurring monthly and quarterly billing cycles, including partner setup and cash collections.

In your first year: You will operationalize billing and collections processes to improve efficiency and scalability. You will apply your deep operational knowledge to support commercial situations, such as net-new deal generation and retention efforts, while proactively identifying and proposing solutions for revenue cycle breakdowns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ year of professional experience, preferably in consulting, startup, or healthcare environments.

1+ year of experience with Excel in a professional setting.

Experience working cross-functionally with different teams.

Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Experience project managing internal initiatives.
-
Finance and accounting background is a plus, but not required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
