We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Senior Consultant, who will sit within the Data & Analytics sub-team within i Crossing’s growing and increasingly integral D&A department. You will work closely with client and project teams which will include members of the Account Management team. The role reports into the Analytics Director who you’ll support, with the opportunity to get involved in new products, pitching for new business and growing our client relationships.
This is a full-time role and requires 2 days per week in the London office. You must have the Right to Work in the UK as unfortunately we are currently unable to sponsor those who require a VISA.

As an Analyst you must have:
-
Experience of Google Analytics 360/GA4, Google Data Studio, Tableau & Looker
-
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and a CRM tool
-
Experience using SQL, Python to extract insight and provide recommendations.

Strong experience with Dashboard creation, data capture and reporting of complex data
-
Excellent MS Excel, numerical ability and attention to detail
-
Build a deep understanding of marketing plans to help account teams build comprehensive measurement and test & learn plans

Work with our client’s developers to deploy robust data layers
-
Buil and maintain dashboards that drive beneficial business outcomes for our clients
-
Ensure quality and standardisation of data capture across web properties and measure how results align with Marketplace KPIs, offering suggestions and identifying opportunities for growth and how to drive additional revenue

Investigate data quality issues and work with colleagues across teams (alongside any external agency) to troubleshoot and problem-solve tracking issues that arise

Perform regular health checks

Collaborate with Product and Solution teams across and escalate issues for support with relevant teams for investigation where needed

Identify strategic opportunities through evaluation of our clients’ programmes of work

Be an ambassador of i Crossing and its values

You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time
