  • Build relationships with founders and executives. Understand their business models, business and marketing goals, and challenges to become a trusted advisor.

  • Identify opportunities within your book of business to grow the business. Create engaging pitches and proposals that win budgets from competitors and drive client success.

  • Help clients identify international opportunities and build strategies to launch their apps and games in new global markets. Serve as an advisor, articulating market challenges and opportunities to Regional Leadership.

  • Advise on bidding strategies, budget distribution across the Google ecosystem, and audience segmentation to improve campaign return-on-investment.

  • Collaborate with a set of internal teams - including Google Play, Sellside, Marketing, Strategy, Finance and others to align on goals and deliver a unified solution to the client.

As a Principal Apps and Games Growth Manager, you will lead the development of the Vietnam Apps market and be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile game developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will work across mobile app businesses, both established and start-ups. You will help those businesses manage their app growth in their markets, from setting strategy and driving execution to reaching international growth goals. In this position, you will manage a portfolio of clients by offering solutions and insights, from account enhancements, to product betas, to performance reviews, to business expansion plans. You will be their go-to business partner at Google.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online marketing roles or management consulting experience.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese to interact with clients in the region.
