Position Overview
This Position reports to: Market Development Manager
As part of the Support and Develop Sales Agile Team (AT), the Product Owner (PO) is essential to the functioning of the Industry & Control Agile Unit. In this capacity, the PO will define and continuously refine the Agile Team's mission and direction—as outlined in the Annual Business Review (ABR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR)—by shaping the vision, purpose, requirements, and priorities across key focus areas, in close collaboration with Agile Team members.
Reporting to the Market Development Management Chapter Leader, the PO brings extensive technical skills and market knowledge, supporting the definition, implementation, and follow-up of sales initiatives aligned with the AU strategy. The role also includes coordinating Agile Team activities through an effective governance model, applying Agile principles throughout.

- Location: Europe, preferably Italy or Germany

Your Responsibilities
- Outline and iterate the Agile Team mission and direction as defined in the Annual Business Review / Quarterly Business Review by developing vision, purpose, requirements, and priorities in key focus areas, together with the Agile Team members
- Empower the agile team members to co-create and contribute to the vision and the roadmap of the agile team and own the team deliverables
- Manage and prioritize the backlog (backlog refinement), align with the entire Agile Team and jointly specify concrete user stories (sprint planning)
- Remove or reduce obstacles that hinder meeting the release and sprint objectives
- Define and evolve the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic goals
- Guarantee meeting year-end targets for Industry and Control AU and Control portfolio in terms of OR, Rev, E2E margin and NPV
- Work closely with customers in Industry, Machinery Control and Safety applications, analyzing and understanding market trends and customer requirements in specific segments and their needs in terms of a comprehensive Solution
- Collaborate with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in the implementation of initiatives
Your Background
- A bachelor's or a master's degree in electrical engineering and a solid technical background in electrical systems
- Around 8-10 years of experience, preferably in a global business environment, in Sales & Marketing in the field of low voltage systems and products
- Experience in motor starting and safety products
- Solid skills in teamworking and communication, negotiation, and leadership attitude
- Highly data-driven mindset, combined with a customer-focused approach
- Maintaining a mindset that advances our future objectives
- Availability for business travel
- Previous experience working in an Agile / Scrum oriented workforce is a plus
