About the job

In this role, you will deliver quality, scale, and efficiency to how Google commercializes its ad products. You will be the liaison between product and g Tech services where needed, and will be responsible for ensuring that product launches and customer-facing migrations are seamlessly executed. You will empower practitioners and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate launch strategy and readiness to ensure g Tech teams are ready to support launches and migrations.

  • Perform analyses and gather feedback to bring product insights to g Tech product forums to inform Product strategy.

  • Leverage product expertise to enable g Tech teams to service advertisers and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.

  • Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before wide-scale deployment.

  • Understand customer and g Tech pain points, needs, and priorities, and leverage product expertise to advocate for product improvements with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in product management.

  • Experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).

  • Experience working with system design.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of the advertising market or online ads landscape.

  • Ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to pull from many different data sources to provide insights on that data.

  • Excellent relationship building, collaboration, and influencing skills.
