Strategy and Business Lead, Accessories

Build and maintain the strategic roadmap for the accessories category, aligning 1P channel goals with broader hardware division objectives. Define the full accessories assortment for the Google Store, globally. Create frameworks to evaluate product performance and identify white-space opportunities for assortment expansions, including both Made by Google and Made for Google products.

Drive the financial health of the category. Manage revenue, margin, and promotional budgets to meet quarterly and annual business targets.

Act as the primary business partner for Product, Operations, Finance, and Business Development. Collaborate with Regional Sales leads to ensure local market relevance within a global strategy.

Lead the end-to-end commercial execution for new launches on the Google Store, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.

Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to optimize inventory levels, mitigate stock-outs, and manage product lifecycles.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

11 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or analytics in a technology company.

6 years of experience in retail category management, business strategy, or product marketing within the consumer electronics or hardware industry.

Experience in Ecommerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail environments.
