We are searching for the best talent for Associate Professional Education Manager – Electrophysiology & Neurovascular based in Seoul.
Position summary
Asso. Prof Ed Manager – Electrophysiology & Neurovascular is responsible for developing mid-to-long-term Healthcare professional educational strategies for mainly Electrophysiology and also Neurovascular market in collaboration with Commercial sales & marketing team and planning & executing Prof Ed programs for HCP to ensure safe and effective utilization of our product solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology market with proven track record of success in the relevant field.
You will be responsible for:
- Prof Ed strategy development: Develop mid-to-long-term Healthcare professional educational strategies for mainly Electrophysiology and also Neurovascular market in collaboration with Commercial sales & marketing team.
- Prof Ed Program Planning and Execution: Design and execute educational programs for Healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with Commercial objectives.
- KOL and Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare professionals to gather insights for effective and efficient educational programs and identification of market’s educational unmet needs, and Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, compliance team, to develop educational content that supports product launches and ongoing education initiatives.
- Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance content and delivery methods.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all educational activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and ethics.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- BA/BS required.
- 8 or more years of Commercial Sales & Marketing or Professional Education experience in Med Tech, Healthcare, or Electrophysiology industry with proven track record of success.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate clinical needs into educational strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with proficiency in English and Korean
- Ability to use PC's and associated software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must be able to travel overnight extensively, including overnight and weekend stays to manage training sessions.
