Negotiate agreements with internal and external partners that support the growth of YouTube Music and YouTube Premium, including subscription distribution partnerships (e.g., integrated billing bundling agreements, etc.).

Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of top partners, troubleshooting issues and responding to time-sensitive inquiries.

Oversee all aspects of partnership launches and navigate cross-functional complexity, work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to quickly and effectively bring open issues to resolution and drive incremental growth for YouTube Music and Premium.

Analyze data, understand partnership effectiveness, and seek ways to optimize growth. Influence the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs.

Support departmental strategy and operations, including goal-setting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, strategy playbooks, account planning, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership teams and various stakeholders.
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.

Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management and managing agreements or partnerships.

Experience working with subscription-based products and managing partnerships for Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD).
-
Ability to travel 30% of the time domestically and internationally.
