  • Negotiate agreements with internal and external partners that support the growth of YouTube Music and YouTube Premium, including subscription distribution partnerships (e.g., integrated billing bundling agreements, etc.).

  • Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of top partners, troubleshooting issues and responding to time-sensitive inquiries.

  • Oversee all aspects of partnership launches and navigate cross-functional complexity, work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to quickly and effectively bring open issues to resolution and drive incremental growth for YouTube Music and Premium.

  • Analyze data, understand partnership effectiveness, and seek ways to optimize growth. Influence the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs.

  • Support departmental strategy and operations, including goal-setting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, strategy playbooks, account planning, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership teams and various stakeholders.

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.

  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management and managing agreements or partnerships.

  • Experience working with subscription-based products and managing partnerships for Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD).

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time domestically and internationally.
