Senior UX Researcher, Search

Plan and execute a variety of qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability studies, to gather user feedback. Develop and refine research questions to address key product and design challenges, and recruit and manage participant pools for research studies.

Analyze and synthesize qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Create detailed reports, user personas, and journey maps to communicate research findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate research insights into product requirements and design improvements. Present research findings to a variety of audiences, from project teams to executive leadership.

Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar.

Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies).
