Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams, vendors and be responsible for the planning and scheduling of technicians, and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and facility management in the development and maintenance schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program.

  • Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials and Program Manager (PM) schedules.

  • Manage process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1 year of program management experience.

  • Experience in preventative, electrical, or mechanical maintenance planning.

  • Experience with third-party CMMS programs.

  • Experience in developing maintenance plans and forecasts.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in managing and scheduling maintenance vendors.

  • Experience in planning and scheduling of mission critical facility maintenance activities.

  • Ability to interact with internal customers and external parties, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
