Are you passionate about unlocking growth and transforming the way small and medium-sized businesses manage corporate travel?
As Vice President of Product for Chase Travel Corporate Solutions (CTCS), you will drive our SMB initiative—delivering a seamless, digital-first travel experience that delights business leaders and travelers. You’ll use data, experimentation, and customer insights to shape priorities, remove friction, and accelerate our path to market leadership. This role is central to defining and evolving the product vision, tying every decision and initiative to measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and evolve the SMB product vision, linking every initiative to business outcomes like volume growth, client acquisition, and satisfaction.
- Growth Lead:
Collaborate with strategic partners to identify bottlenecks, set goals, and prioritize opportunities. Design and run experiments to test ideas and scale successful strategies.
- Discovery & Customer Insights:
Lead customer interviews, journey mapping, and data analysis to uncover pain points and validate solutions. Use funnel analytics and behavioral data to pinpoint friction and drive product-market fit.
- Data-Driven Execution:
Develop creative, actionable strategies based on analytics and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
Rally product, design, engineering, analytics, and partner teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Ensure alignment and execution against outcomes.
- Outcome Orientation:
Set clear goals, track progress, and adapt strategies to maximize results. Use data to measure impact and inform ongoing prioritization.
- Executive Communication:
Clearly articulate strategy, insights, and progress to business leaders and stakeholders. Turn complex data and customer feedback into compelling stories that inspire action.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a related field, with a proven record of driving measurable business results.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
- Experience designing and implementing growth experiments and interventions.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, funnel analytics, customer research, and conversion analysis.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a relentless drive to challenge the status quo.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to turn insights into action and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and make high-quality decisions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and campaign monitoring tools.
