Collaborate with GPO Pillar and Cross(x)-Functional leadership to develop and manage a multi-year strategic roadmap aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Support identification of opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation through procurement strategies.

Support efforts to integrate digital technologies into procurement processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Help identify capability maturity gaps within the procurement organization and develop plans to enhance capabilities through operating model programs and evaluate, and incubate strategic initiatives that have the potential to drive innovation and create value for the organization.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to understand their needs and priorities and align procurement strategies accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in procurement, planning, or related fields, with a focus on developing and implementing initiatives.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership regarding strategy, operations, transformation, or related areas.

Experience with project management, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies within a procurement context.
