g Tech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
As an Engagement Manager, you will be accountable for g Tech service delivery and enabling sales objectives. You will serve as a unified services partner who designs and orchestrates g Tech services, and represent g Tech Ads to sellers and client executives. You will work with a portfolio of customers across Southeast Asia with a focus on the gaming vertical.

Responsibilities
- Advise Google’s Ads clients leadership by understanding how technology and media solutions can address their business tests, by acting as a collaborative partner.
- Discover customer needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly tests/goals in collaboration with sales, assessing and prioritizing where g Tech Ads can add value and drive uplift.
- Design and finalize a joint services plan by aligning solutions and resources to client focus areas in collaboration with g Tech Ads delivery resources.
- Orchestrate delivery of the services plan working closely with g Tech Ads execution teams in region, customer support and media solutions.
- Act as a primary point of accountability for g Tech Ads go-to-market and execution by conducting regular debriefs on progress with clients and sales.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks, navigating
Google and the client side to build relationships necessary to deliver
against strategic plans and projects - Ability to grow in ambiguity, solve complex problems and navigate
effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team. - Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to work with customers in Vietnam.
- Excellent technical project management skills, with the ability to enable multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt a narrative to both technical and business audiences, including C-levels audiences.
