Product Solutions Engineer, Payments Partner Engineering (English, Portuguese)

Analyse and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and tools access.

Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects.

Work closely with product managers and software engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products.

Collaborate with consumer and engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.

Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
-
Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
-
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
