• Lead program teams across cross-functional organizations, including energy and land acquisitions and development, networking, construction, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive delivery against regional goals.

• Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to provide leadership with visibility into portfolio health, critical risks, and necessary escalations.

• Maintain a holistic view of the program life-cycle to identify where delay in one workstream (e.g., land acquisition) will impact downstream delivery (e.g., shell construction).

• Monitor global and regional throughput constraints such as construction capacity or long-lead equipment availability to identify potential delays before they impact the critical path.

• Manage the end-to-end requirements for emerging markets where lead times and regulatory environments lack established precedents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, a
  related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure development, or a similar industry.

• Experience with data centers or other infrastructure in the areas of supply planning, site development, construction, design, or engineering.

• Experience in stakeholder and communication management in a cross-functional leadership role.
