Deliver white-glove creative services and drive creative diagnostics assessments and recommendations, demonstrating the impact of Creative on marketing outcomes.

Act as a consultant for marketing and creative leaders, effectively presenting and articulating creative concepts and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.

Partner closely with Sales, Product, Global and Regional Creative Works, Marketing, and YouTube Partnership teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative initiatives.

Translate creative experimentation into measurable business outcomes aligned with customer Key Performance Indicators and Google’s Objectives and Key Results.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

Experience working with digital organizations.

Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.

Ability to communicate in English fluently to support stakeholder relationship management in this region.
